In today's Let's Get Viral edition of Things That Are Not News - it is official, at the end of the internet there is not a pot of gold, but instead a cat video and a woman watching it with her cats. The last time I was officially single, the internet was Craigslist, so I'm perturbed about this whole world of online dating. I may be old fashioned, but I am pretty sure that all these dating sites are scams. Very well funded, kinda creepy scams where you are sharing WAAAY 2 Much with strangers about your life, opinions, fears, hopes, dreams ....... I mean really who does that?
We've all seen this video bounce around FB like crazy these past few days and I assumed it was a virus - based on the friend's pages I was seeing it on - u know like "Girl Orgasms on Roller Coaster" type silliness. But here it was on Google News and I realized this vid is no virus, (with over 5M views) but it is mos def a well played joke.
Worth watching if only just to remember how nutz it is that we all can now make videos of ourselves and share them with the masses. I personally will soon start work on a tribute video of Tiffany's "I think we're alone now." with my best friends Caper and Chianti. Yes, there will be a rainbow.
